Welcome to Salon La Suite! By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments & Cancellations

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.
• We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or loss of deposit.

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final service total.

Refunds & Exchanges

• We do not offer refunds.
• Exchanges or store credit may be offered within 7 days for unused retail products in original condition with proof of purchase.
• All services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 3 days so we can offer a correction.

Service Guarantee

• We aim for your complete satisfaction. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 72 hours to arrange a follow-up appointment.

Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health or safety risk.

Children & Guests

• For safety and comfort, only guests receiving services may be in the service area. Children must be supervised at all times.

Pricing & Changes

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes given prior to service are estimates and may vary based on hair length, thickness, or specific requests.

Privacy

• Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for salon purposes (e.g., bookings, reminders, promotions).
